    Coming with two decades of global experience in banking and financial services, Jayanthi is the catalyst and founder-director of Ad Astra, Singapore. An expert in organizational development, She has successfully driven multiple projects across industries including Transportation, Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Banking & Financial Services sector. Her key strengths lie in the extensive network she has built throughout her career and her keen eye for quality delivery. A value-driven person, she works towards hiring for inclusivity and long-term associations. As part of CSR, Jayanthi works with several organizations in areas of girl child education, women health, gender equality, employability, and jobs for differently-abled.
