Ad Astra collects Personal Data about you to assist us in the recruitment process. This Data consists of information including your name, address, e-mail, phone numbers, work and education history, details of your eligibility
to work through passport or visa and your responses to / results of any skills assessments or personality profiling we may be required to carry out on behalf of our Client’s.
You are under no obligation to provide any such information; however, this will affect the quality of the services we are able to provide you with if you choose not to.
Why do we process this personal data?
We process this personal data as necessary to aid the recruitment process, to provide our services to you.
We may also use Aggregate Data to help us understand our Users as a group so that we can provide you with a better service and provide targeted advertising on our website.
Information that you submit will be stored for as long as we legitimately need it or until such time as you ask us to remove it.
Why do we collect and process sensitive personal data?
We collect and process Sensitive Personal Data only so far as is necessary and in compliance with all applicable legislation. By registering your

Our Liability in case of data pilferage?
Maintaining privacy of your data is important to us. Apart from that we value the relationship with every candidate and we are obligated to protect their interest in all respects. As such we take maximum care to the best of our abilities to prevent any data from being pilfered by our staff. In the extreme event of data pilferege, our liability is limited to taking suitable action against the person responsible for such pilferage and remedy the damages to the extent possible..
